Event Description

The 26th National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show is prepping for a sizzling weekend of gourmet foods, sauces, spices, sweet-heat treats and rubs. The event will take place February 28 – March 2, 2014 at Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This year, the show’s theme is “Going Tropical” in honor of attending Chef Norman Van Aken, whose fusion of Latin, Caribbean, Asian, African and American flavors has earned him the title of “the founding father of New World Cuisine.” Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children 18 and under.
