Event Description

Ayurveda is a holistic healing system existing for over 5000 years, dating back into the Vedic era. It promotes a healthy vitality and brings the body, mind and spirit of individuals into balance. It has much to offer in terms of natural living guidance and natural health care methods. We’ll answer questions like: Have you ever noticed that one diet works for someone perfectly and, yet fails another? Have you been in a yoga class where you tried to do the postures and felt it was just not working for you? Are there certain times of the day or seasons of the year that seem harder for you? Come explore the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) and experience the effects of this ancient wisdom on your health.
