Event Description

The modern world moves at a harried and frenetic pace. Where can we find the time and quiet space inside to grow, heal, expand and celebrate?

Breathe 2014 will give you the tools and techniques to create your own quiet, contemplative sanctuary amidst all the outside hustle and bustle.

Using knowledge in the techniques of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, S.S. Gurubachan Singh Khalsa will guide you through three simple meditation and breathing exercises designed to set you on a path to Discovering Your Joy and Vitality.

Join us February 9, 2014 from 2-4pm at the KiMo Theatre, 421 Central Avenue NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Tickets are $15 and may be purchased online.

Proceeds from Breathe 2014 Albuquerque will be donated to to women’s charities and to fight hunger in New Mexico.
