Event Description

Seattle-born and based multi-instrumentalist, composer, recording artist, producer, and touring musician, Josh Karp (aka Budo) made his mark as the producer of Macklemore’s 2005 record, The Language of My World. He recently (re)joined Macklemore (now a hip hop superstar and winner of 4, 2014 Grammy awards) with whom he has been touring and performing worldwide. His own 2013 solo release, The Finger & The Moon, is “at once strange, unique, immediately familiar, and beyond anything else, immensely human.” Albuquerque-based Zack Freeman is a looping, sampling, a capella performer utilizing break-beat and funk improvisations.

$15/$10 members and Students

Budo will also host an Outpost Music Appreciation session entitled Hip Hop & Beyond, on Sunday April 13, 2pm at Outpost Performace Space. Free with ticket to this show.
