Event Description

This workshop, taught by Susi Wolf, CMLC, focuses on changing how we speak and think, which will change how we live. We all carry life experiences within our bodies, minds and spirits. This participatory workshop teaches how to reframe these experiences with story to gain freedom from fear, negativity, illness or whatever issue precludes our enjoying life to the fullest. Included in the class will be writing opportunities, interactive

 

About the workshop leader:

For over 15 years Susi Wolf, Certified Master Life Coach, has used healing metaphor and storytelling within healthcare, behavioral health, private counseling, and more. She is a skilled, nationally recognized workshop trainer, as well as a certified master life coach, therapeutic storyteller, EFT-Tapping practitioner, and an energy medicine and intuitive healer. Recently, Susi was honored by receiving the 2013 & 2014 Best of Albuquerque Award for Life Coaching.
