Event Description

At this workshop taught by Nia Technique instructor Kate Davis, you'll bring awareness to the sensations of your body with the intent of increasing your own body literacy—your ability to read the signals of your body so that you can move through life with greater ease and efficiency. Learn how to tune into sensation, let go of unhealthy movement patterns, and invite more pleasure into your life. Prior Nia or dance experience is not required; everyone is welcome!
