Event Description

Only at Instituto Cervantes can you learn how to prepare the dishes that make Spanish cuisine world famous. Our Spanish chefs bring the flavors of the Mediterranean to New Mexico, through a variety of traditional recipes. Classes are participatory and include wine to enjoy with the meal you have prepared. These classes are usually offered once a month and cost between $20 to $40. To enroll in a cooking class, please call 505-724-4777.
