Event Description

Do you know a teen interested in filmmaking? This camp, offered through UNM Continuing Education, will show your 13-18 year old the basic technical skills needed to begin production on their very own movie! Campers will learn the fundamentals of camcorder operation, visual composition, lighting and grip techniques, and much more! Completed clips may have the opportunity to be screened for friends and family. Students only need a video camcorder and money for lunch. Tuition is $325. Camp runs from June 20, 2011 through June 24, 2011, or July 18-22, 2011 daily at 9:00am to 5:00pm at DATA Charter School. For more information contact Naomi Sandweiss at 505-277-6098 or visit dce.unm.edu.
