Event Description

Jonathan Miller is the author of eight novels, several of which have won national awards. Many of his works feature surprise endings, and Jonathan will discuss how  beginning writers can write the surprise endings that will get them noticed by the powers that be. Jonathan will also discuss how authors can shock the world, and gain attention for their works in this new environment.

Jonathan Miller has been a member of SWW for longer than he can remember and is not as young as you might think he is. He won the SWW contest in 2007 for best non-fiction book, and in 2011 he took second in that category. His most recent novel is Rattlesnake Wedding, and he has just released a non-fiction book Laws & Loves.

SWW members free, guests $10, student $5. For more information go to http://southwestwriters.com/ or call the SouthWest Writers office at 505-830-6034.
