This three-and-a-half hour workshop focuses on participation in releasing any negative emotions or issues you may be experiencing while tapping on certain areas of body and concentrating on guided statements. EFT-Tapping is a powerful healing method that resolves mental, emotional and physical distresses quickly and easily. It is believed that negative emotions or physical ailments can occur when there is a disruption or breakage within the body’s energy system. EFT-Tapping is an easy technique to use on yourself and has been proven effective at least 80% of the time. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as “Tapping” is a combination of ancient Chinese acupuncture and modern techniques - no needles because fingertips are used to tap on designated areas of the body in tandem with verbalizing our issues. Using EFT-Tapping, negative blocks are released and the energy flow is reestablished within our systems. Today, practitioners worldwide are experiencing amazing success with clients using this simple method. It is embraced and practiced within healthcare, behavioral health, social services, federal governmental programs and more.
