Event Description

Stepping away a bit from his signature rhumba flamenco guitar style on The Blue Guitar Sessions, his eighth studio album, guitarist Jesse Cook broadens his canvas with jazzy ballads, soft blues, and smooth, atmospheric instrumental pop to make what is probably his most broadly accessible release to date. Accompanied by his longtime 4-piece backing band, Cook will bring his trademark, high energy, world/jazz fusion to New Mexico, alongside his new PBS special, recorded live in The Rose Theatre in Ontario last year. Look for the special to air on KENW in March.
