Gain the tools to recognize legal problems and address them appropriately. Topics include contracts for professional services, copyright, model releases, licensing digital art, trademarks, rights of publicity and privacy, First Amendment issues, business formation, determining when to hire a lawyer and more. Prerequisite: None.
