Event Description

  • Managing Stress with HerbsFriday, January 25, 6pm to 8pm--

Learn about the cascading effects of stress in our bodies and how to use herbs for the treatment of common symptoms of stress including muscle tension, headaches, difficulty sleeping, and more.  Students will prepare a relaxing herbal footbath for themselves at the end of class.  Class costs $25 plus tax and is limited to 10.  Visit www.albuquerqueherbalism.com for details or to register.
