I know you're asking yourself - "WHO could the MAS Poetry Event possibly be bringing to feature in January to kick start the new year?" Or maybe you're thinking how odd it is that Belgians once tried using cats to deliver mail.

Anyhow, either way, you'll be pleased to know our feature in January is the only person to have ever written an erotic poem about blueberry pie. The one and only Rich Boucher will be gracing the MAS stage this month, so plan to be there! 

There will also be a three round qualifying slam, with non-traditional prizes - and points towards qualifying for finals stage going to our winners. And of course we have the usual open mic to kick it all off. So come for the poetry and stay for the poetry. 

Show starts at 7 pm sharp and ends at 9 pm. Sign-ups are limited so if you want to read or compete, be there early!
