Native Plant Medicine: Wild Herbs of New Mexico:

Upcoming Class Dates: Saturday June 1 & 8, 10am to 12 noon--

This course is a 2 part series, in which participants will learn about wild New Mexico herbs in a lecture and discussion style class and then experience many of them as living beings during a field trip.  In the 2 hour class, herb discussions will include the wild habitat, cultivation, harvesting, preparation, dosage, herbal actions, and healing uses for selected plants.  The wild herb walk will focus on plant identification and take place on Sandia Mountain.  The series costs $45 plus tax and is limited to 10.
