Event Description

Host Brent Stevens, morning on-air personality with Classical 95.5 KHFM, brings you new knowledge about the composers who define the musical genre.  The third program in our Introduction to the Classics series examines the period
directly before Beethoven and the composers who influenced him. Guest conductor Christopher Confessore leads the New Mexico Philharmonic in Symphony No. 104 by Franz Joseph Haydn and Symphony No. 35, “Haffner” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Confessore is the Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, Melbourne, Florida, and the Principal Pops Conductor of the
Alabama Symphony Orchestra.
