Event Description

AMP is presenting two shows by the Portland Cello Project! Since this is the solstice, we'll be doing two themed shows,  "Goodbye Winter" and "Hello Spring".

The
classically trained cellists of PCP have wowed audiences all over the country with extravagant performances, mixing genres and blurring musical lines and perceptions wherever they go. Their repertoire now numbers over 900 pieces of music you wouldn't normally hear coming out of a cello.
