Event Description

Qigong is the practice of cultivating vital life force in the body, mind and spirit and derives from ancient shamanic, Chinese and Japanese meditative breath and movement practices that stimulate the flows of qi energy to enhance vitality and well being. Along with Qigong foundations this class will incorporate self-Shiatsu (acupressure) and meridian stretching. This class is taught by Level 1-certified instructor Diane Chase.
