I wasn't even annoyed at the people driving ten miles an hour through the rainy streets. I was too busy celebrating and marveling at enough rain rushing down Wyoming to clean out the wheel wells!

I celebrated the rain by going for a bike ride.  I don't think I've ever had so much fun riding through a downpour.

We celebrated rain by walking barefoot on the sidewalk. The puddles were warm on the feet and the rain surprisingly cold on the head.
