Relationship Enhancement Workshop

In this workshop you will learn the first 5 Relationship Enhancement® skills that will help you and your partner:
 Communicate with each other more effectively
 Express yourself in a way that helps your partner really hear and understand you
 Listen in a way that helps you understand each other more deeply
 Prevent or resolve conflicts in a way that is satisfying to both of you
 Deepen the level of connection through the reduction of anger and anxiety levels when addressing difficult topics.

THE RE® SKILLS WILL BE USEFUL IN OTHER RELATIONSHIPS AS WELL (children, family, friends, co-workers)

This workshop is educational and experiential in nature. Each person and couple will be taught the necessary skills to address both positive and problematic issues effectively. All participants will have the opportunity to work on skill building with attentive, positive and supportive supervision by the facilitators.

THIS WORKSHOP IS ALSO BENEFICIAL AND OPEN TO “INDIVIDUALS” WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING THE USE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RE® MODEL.
