 m at Don Chalmer's Ford Community Room in Rio Rancho (2500 Rio Rancho 
 Blvd), starting February 13, 2013.RRAA's mission is the cultural and e
 ducational enrichment of the community and surrounding areas by provid
 ing opportunities for artists and the public to collectively participa
 te in fine art events and programs.RRAA is a non-juried/all mediums re
 gional art association and you need not be a resident of Rio Rancho to
  join.The first 30-40 minutes of the membership meeting consists of me
 mbership business and the second half is dedicated to a program of a g
 uest speaker, a demo, art critique, forum, etc. The public is welcome
