Event Description

Discover the complex ecological connections of the Rio Grande ecosystem with a focus on the Silvery Minnow. Environmental Scientist, Rick Billings, will present the trials and tribulations of the Silvery Minnow’s journey of survival while the Harwood Art Center brings The Minnow Show to Bachechi Open Space by artist and Planning Manager, John Barney


Part of the Bernalillo County Open Space Program’s ‘Naturalist Series.’  Awaken your senses to the natural world around you by observing the wondrous plants and animals in the Bosque and learn from local experts about this extraordinary ecosystem. The series takes place at Bachechi Open Space located at 9521 Rio Grande Blvd. Parking is available at the Alameda parking area.
