Event Description

"The House of the Spirits," a play with songs, by Caridad Svich. Adapted from the novel by Isabel Allende. Directed by Valli Marie Rivera

"The House of the Spirits" charts the rise and fall of a family in an un-named Latin American country (reminiscent of Chile) from the 1920s through the 1970s, as the country experiences enormous social and political changes culminating in a devastating dictatorship. This adaptation of Allende's bestselling novel includes magical realism, video, and song.

The play will run for a month Nov 18 - Dec 18, 2011.

Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30pm / Sundays at 2:00pm

In order for me to feature it, the events need to be posted on separate days so that we can, for example, feature the Saturday night performance one weekend.
