Event Description

This is an informative talk and tour on “Sukiya-zukuri” architecture, one type of Japanese residential architectural style, “Suki” meaning “refined, well cultivated taste and delights in elegant pursuits”.  Ron Griess and his wife Joanne Yoshimine-Griess have incorporated the Sukiya style into their beautiful combination Southwestern-Japanese home in the mountains east of Albuquerque, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sandias.
