Explore the true China with a local who grew up there: What makes China Chinese and not so Chinese? What aspects of China have been mystified and misunderstood in the Western world? Have you heard of the world's only language spoken only by women. Using Chinese written characters and some clips from Chinese films as a doorway into each topic, discover the depth and unique flavor of life in modern/ancient China. Bring your curiosity! Huanying! Tuition is $70.
