Event Description

Welded Sculpture: An Introduction
with Martin Mayer

Saturday & Sunday, March 29 & 30, 9am – 4pm

This class is a great introduction to working with the MIG (wire feed) welder and the oxy-acetylene cutting torch.  By working back and forth between the cutting torch and the welder, you get to make a great little gem of a take-home sculpture that’s all YOU! Students will learn safe shop and fabrication practices. No previous art or shop experience is necessary, returning students welcome! Register early, class size is limited! All levels welcome.
Location:  Martin Mayer Studio

Materials:  $75 (payable to instructor) + Safety Supplies List
Class
Fee:  $150 / Harwood Members $135
