Event Description

Clay and Ink: Processing Process new work by Willi Singleton

, a potter for nearly three decades, is embarking on an attempt to describe his potting processes through another process-heavy medium, that of woodblock printing.  He views this as an opportunity to depict the potting processes in a loosely illustrative mode.  The prints will form a perimeter around what continues to be his main focus, wood-fired stoneware.  He will bring vase forms with landscape motifs, tea ware and ceramic slabs, reminiscent of many landscapes.
