Event Description

What are the holidays without tales of hope and redemption?  We are all familiar with “Miracle on 34th Street, “A Christmas Carol” and “It’s a Wonderful Life”, so this year, treat yourself to a story you’ve never heard before!  Join Duke City Rep for a story about Eve Lawson, whom life has left bitter and cynical. She refutes not only the existence of God and true love but also any belief in America’s favorite folk hero, Santa Claus.  After skidding off an icy Kentucky road on Christmas Eve, she finds herself stranded at a stranger’s cabin.  What awaits her there is nothing less than a rediscovery of the warmest feeling in the world- the true meaning of Christmas!
