Event Description

You don’t have to experience writer’s block. Ever. You don’t have to sweat over the blank page. You don’t have to chew your pencil (or fingernails) to the nub. You don’t have to wonder where the next word is coming from. Writer’s block is a myth — not because you won’t ever feel stuck but because there is no reason for you ever to stay stuck. Join Mark David Gerson as he shares some of the myths of writer’s block and some surefire ways to get unstuck and stay unstuck.

As a creativity catalyst and seminar leader, Mark David has guided writers and non-writers alike to connect with their innate wisdom, open to their creative power and express themselves with ease. He is also a broadcaster, a popular speaker on topics related to creativity and spirituality, and an accomplished artist and photographer.

With his own memoir (Acts of Surrender: A Writer’s Memoir) under his belt, Mark David is currently finishing up on a book on memoir-writing, due out this spring. He is also adapting his three Q’ntana stories as stage-musicals.

The MoonQuest, the first feature film in The Q'ntana Trilogy, is slated for a 2015 theatrical release.
