Ok. This might be considered a shameless plug, but let me tell you the situation. My son does emissions testing on cars here in ABQ. He's been doing this for going on 10 years now, so he is pretty well known in the industry. He was recently hired to run a shop that just opened last week. The problem is is that the shop is located on San Mateo where they're doing all that road construction. It sits in the parking lot of Savers between Candeleria & Comanche. The name of the emissions place is called FasTest Emissions and I'm urging anyone needing an emissions test to go there. He's knowledgeable, incredibly nice (that's not just mom-talk; everyone tells me he is!) and he'll get you out of there in record time. It really is worth the hassle of the construction. If you go, ask for Scott...he'll treat you right and if there's a problem he'll tell you how you might be able to
fix it so that your car will pass the test. If the business doesn't pick up quickly, the shop owner is going to lay him off temporarily until the construction is over. But in today's economy, who can hold out for a couple of months while they finish the roads?? So, could you help me spread the word about this new emissions location? Thank you all so much!!
Carmen
