Author needs an ABQ pilot
Cory Doctorow, who writes great young adult novels, has an appearance scheduled at Alamosa Books in Abq, but will have to cancel unless he finds a pilot to run him over to Phoenix to make an NYC connection after his appearance.
He explains it all here.
Any literary pilots out there? Fuel costs are covered by his publisher and he's offering some signed books and a donation to a literacy or library charity of your choice. Plus you get to fly a fascinating author! Wish I had a pilot's license......

Boo! I haven't checked back in on the original post. So disappointing! It would have been awesome to see him AND an excuse to go to one of my favorite bookstores.
