I like Sophia's - we pick one up every now and then on our way out to errand round town...when you need a quick hearty burrito...they make the cut in my opinion.

I like the veggie burrito at Carolina's Mexican Restaurant near Girard and Central.  Really good and really cheap!

Antojito's La Tia trailer near the corner of 4th and Griegos, for one. And strangely enough, some good ones at Napoli Coffee on Carlisle between Candelaria and Menaul.

Call me a heretic for choosing a burrito without any kind of chile, but I really, really liked Bumblebee's "Veggie Especial" before they closed their ABQ operation.  Size of a football, without that pesky pigskin aftertaste.
