Yo Fixers, I need some boxes. Big ones would be nice. If you have any that you need to get rid of or know of a good place to get some, let me know! Thanks!

Check out the Free section under Craigslist. There are always people giving away moving boxes. Behind La Montanita Coop in Nob Hill, you can grab their boxes in the recycling shed (in the parking lot), but those are likely smaller.

If you need really big boxes, try local bike shops, they sometimes have big boxes available. Good luck!
Moving boxes? I have quite a few (live up in Vista Del Norte) that I'm too lazy to list on craigslist. Let me know if you want to come pick them up.
Where is Vista Del Norte? I'd be down to relieve you of your boxes.
I got 'fridge boxes at ballios when i needed really big boxes last year. They have them at their back dock. But call ahead of time to make sure they dont crush them before you get there.
Cheers, mi3ke
-- bad timing. I just cut down a box that was for an elliptical trainer... it was 52"x38"x22.5" (LxWxH). I had to cut it down to meet the city's recycling cardboard size of 2' x 4'
Thanks for the replies guys!
