Bumper Stickers in ABQ

There are some great bumper stickers in and around town. Here are a couple of my favorites from the past couple of weeks. What are yours?

"I'm the man your wife dreams about" on a big, loud Dodge truck

"Using your turn signal is not giving information to the enemy" on some non-descript sedan.

Since I have such a hard time pointing out the positives in life...

If I see another one of those "Stick Family" representations of the driver's actual family... drives me crazy.

My favorite was

"I got this truck for my wife,
good trade, huh?"

And since we have a 6 month old I want those stick figure families with the dog also. Just to annoy.

This is a paraphrase of a story attributed to Winston Churchill: While at a rally a woman in the crowd yelled to PM Churchill "Mr. Churchill, you are drunk!" Winston ignored her, and she yelled again "Mr. Churchill, you are drunk!". Again, he ignored te outburst, but she yelled it out again! Finally, he turnd to face her and said "Madam, I am drunk; and you are ugly; and in the morning, I shall be sober!"

The worst one I think I've ever seen (because of its utter arrogance) was in 2003 at the onset of our military's invasion of Iraq: "First Iraq, then France". No wonder I am an anti-military person.

I don't remember what kind of car it was, but my all time favorite was a sticker with a NM zia symbol that read "Carpe Mañana".

Another good one was "Jesus is coming.....everyone look busy!".

I used to have a Cthulhu for President: Why Vote for the Lesser of Two Evils sticker on my car. Now I just have a Miskatonic University parking pass. I love it when I see other cars with Lovecraft stickers. It doesn't happen very often, but it makes my day.

I also like the fish symbol I saw that had "'n'chips" written inside it.
