We currently have 3 studio spaces available! One studio at our Central location with a window that is perfect for an visual artist, and 2 studios at our downtown location that would be the perfect practice studio for a small band or an artist who doesn't need natural light.

We have two locations, downtown on the NE corner of 1st street and Roma, and near UNM on Central just west of University. There are a variety of spaces and rents, totally secure with 24/7 access, central heat and air, FREE wifi, & downtown is ADA compliant with ramps and an elevator, although there is no natural light(downtown). See the listing below of the spaces available with dimensions and prices. Studios are now ready to move into! This is a great time to get into the BEST studio space in town! We are not only a traditional artist space, we are open to writers, poets, teachers, photographers, architects, graphic designers, film makers, musicians any creative field really! Chroma Studios Gallery was named the "Best New Business" in downtown Albuquerque at the 2009 annual LOOK awards, and we were listed as the "Best artist community" in the 2010 Alibi Best of Burque!

Studio #3: 10 x 10', $175 per month, $175 deposit.
Studio #13: 10.5 x 11.5', $210 per month, $210 deposit.

Studios available on Central:
Studio #9: 9 x 13', a south facing window, $225 per month, $225 deposit
