Hello all. I've been thinking of Christmas presents and trying to decide who to give what to. Can anyone tell me if there is a place to buy gourmet olive oil and gourmet coffee? I realize it will probably be two different places. I've thought of looking around Whole Foods and Cost Plus, but I really wanted to find a local business to buy these things at. I've googled and yellowbooked and can't really find anything promising. I hope someone may know of someplace that I have overlooked. Thank you!

If you'll be in Santa Fe before the holidays, there's a store in the La Fonda block called Oleacea that sells gourmet olive oils and vinegars. Amazing flavors - like 20 or 30 of them in both oils and vinegars. http://www.oleaceaeoliveoil.com/#!__about-us

The smell when walking into The New Mexico Tea Co is so warm and inviting.

I spotted the Jams and Preserves and I'd be surprised if they don't have Olive Oil there. Whiting Coffee carries the same Jams and Preserves and they may have Olive Oil as well.
Also, when we make "Gift Baskets" we find garage sales and thrift stores are great sources for inexpensive, funky baskets. Good Luck!
I always go to the Spanish Table when I'm in Santa Fe. It is a shop of food and pottery imported from Spain and Morocco. They have many olive oils, olives, sauces, spices, etc.
Permalink Reply by JMG on November 23, 2012 at 6:13pm I'll plan to check out the Spanish Table. I looked up the Oleaceae store in Santa Fe that specializes in olive oils, and also found a website for the Santa Fe Olive Oil Company. The website was very similar to Oleaceae's site; offering various versions of olive oil and a variety of flavor infused olive oil. The color/design of the sites were even similar. Anyone know anything about the Santa Fe Olive Oil company?
