Great Presentation - Even Better Food - Tia Betty Blue's

Just tried Tia Betty Blue's on south San Mateo north of Gibson. What a find! The owner has renovated the building to perfection and the food is even better. I highly recommend it. 268-1955, 1248 San Mateo SE, http://www.tiabettyblues.com/Index.html . They also have an interesting 30% off setup 6 days a week if you belong to certain groups - can check it out on their website. Has anyone already reviewed them? I came across them online looking for breakfast burritos at places open early.

Good food and a huge selection of sodas, including wacky flavors like bacon and zombie brains. That's just fun.

Gotta know...how's the red? Also, I see they have vegetarian and vegan dishes, but is their chile vegetarian?

It is great red chile...thick, smoky and tasty with some good heat, but not atomic like the stuff at Cecilia's. Highly recommended. And yes, the chile's either all veg or there is a veg option available...
