i heard he was opening a third location on 4th street, this must be it.

yeah its across from the Smith's ~ north of Montano on 4th. very close to the clan's other two restaurants. man, i hope its another Apodaca creation. the burgers in the ad sounded pretty tasty.

Did this replace the Melon Mountain Cafe?  The owners of that place were very nice, but their handicaps hindered the speed of the service.  I always thought this location had a great patio just outside, just waiting for the right owner (and it sounds like the restaurant is owned by the right people now...)

I went this weekend. It was good ... but Sofia's and Ezra's are great. I think once they work out the new restaurant kinks it will inch its way towards great. Some of us got breakfast and it was good ... the $5 cheeseburger looked the best though. I was very sad about my weak coffee. FYI, no red or green chile (yet).
