I like him too! What a loss to Albuquerque...
good luck to JJ!
See ya.

That's too bad.  Jeremy's a good guy, and super personable.

I'll never forget one time this past winter.  I was biking home in full cold-weather regalia - only my eyes were visible.  A KOB truck pulls up next to me at a red light, and rolls down the window.  Out of the dark interior, accompanied by a puff of frozen breath, a voice asks, "Hey, are you Benny the Icepick?"  I pulled down my face mask and replied that I was.  "It's Jeremy Jojola from Channel 4.  Keep up the good work."  I felt warm the whole way home.

Thanks, Jeremy, for always treating the bicycle community with respect.  In a media landscape where shock jocks joke about running down spandex-clad cyclists, that's hard to find.

All the best to Jeremy! 6 years ago when I was thinking of starting Duke City Fix, Jeremy was one of the first people I met with to talk over the idea. He was hugely supportive as he continues to be of all things Albuquerque. Without his support, I probably wouldn't have taken the leap.

Thanks Jeremy, for all you've given and shared with Albuquerque. Wishing you much success in Denver!

I'm a fan, too.

But I'll see him on Denver TV when I visit family in CO.

And I'm sure he'll look back fondly on his ABQ days, and continue to give us positive spin in a bigger market, when the opportunity arises.

And maybe (like the Santa Fe Fiesta Queen who returned after her LA TV stint), he'll come back to the Land of Entrapment/Enchantment.

Thanks everyone.  I'll always remember the beginnings of Duke City Fix.   I'm going to miss Albuquerque immensely.  I love this town, its quirks and its gems.  This is a great city and I've enjoyed living here over the last nine years.   I'll be here for another two months.   During that time I hope to soak in everything I love about ABQ.
Rock on Jeremy and don't forget Man Rule #2176:  Men never wear mittens, even in Denver.
I am sorry to see him go, too.
