Heard meowing outside the window and saw a stray cat with four new kittens in a fenced off area by the building.  There probably is a way to get in there... I will have to ask the janitors tomorrow.  Who can I call to come get them?  I can't imagine how they will survive.

Do they have shade? Mama cat can provide nourishment for a coupe weeks at least.

The mother is skinny and I don't think there is a good source of food for her.

Please call the Animal Welfare Department. They'll come get the mother and litter. That way Mama and the kittens will be spayed/neuthered and placed in homes. I foster kittens for the AWD and that's what they hope people will do. Sometimes well-meaning people mistakenly think the kittens have been abandoned and bring them to the AWD. The kittens don't do as well without the mother and she ends up having more babies. Thanks for being worried about the cats :).

She moved them.. I don't see them today.

Just hope someone called AWD before you did.
