I'm curious about anybody's experience with Credo cellphone service (which uses the Sprint network).

I live in the "Near North Valley," which seems to be a fringe zone for Sprint.  I have had chronic (yet intermittent) problems with phone calls, texting, and web/email service on my phone, at home and around town.  I'm trying to decipher whether it's the phone itself--an LG Optimus, the Sprint network, or something specific to Credo service.

There's a lot to like about Credo, which is affiliated with Working Assets and promotes socially-responsible causes, but I feel that I'm increasingly tolerating poor service for what I'm paying.

I am sorry to hear about this.  I try everything and without much success.   I'm about to give up on this cell stuff altogether .....

I agree totally.

I'm on Verizon, but I was looking into Sprint at one point and decided against them based on reported issues with coverage around the city. My guess is that Sprint and the location of its towers are your most likely culprit.

I live in the NE Hts and have Credo mobile on the Sprint network.  I haven't noticed any difference when in the  North Valley area but admittedly that's not every day.  The only place I have experienced a lack of service is up at Taos Ski Valley so far, but I'll try to pay more attention when I head over to that area of town.

I've liked Credo so far but I lost my Android phone (which had freezing issues)  and punished myself by going to a phone I really can't stand!  Not Credo's fault though!

Good luck!

Thanks for all the comments . . . love to hear more about any experience in the valley.
