2) Farm Manager @ ARCA Organics

ARCA Organics, an expanding organic farm in Corrales, NM, is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to take the enterprise to the next level.  Required skills include experience in certified organic farming, successful leadership of a team and a determined entrepreneurial spirit.  Duties include the planning and implementation of the preparation, cultivation, harvest and sales of all production in the greenhouses (6300 sq feet) and farm (4.5 acres) to support the overall growth of ARCA Organics as a sustainable social enterprise.  Part of ARCA, a large not-for-profit organization, ARCA Organics’ workforce includes individuals with developmental disabilities, and its Farm Manager must be comfortable supervising and working in this environment.  This is a full time position with generous benefits and starting pay of $34,000 annually. Read the full description.
