What's going on, Albuquerque?

Looking for an apartment under $700

I have some friends (A family, a single mother and two teenage children) looking for a two-bedroom apartment in Albuquerque. They need it soon-- complicated family issues have them moving to Albuquerque in about a week and a half. Their max price is $700 with utilities.

There may be some places in the UNM area. When I was living there a few years ago, it seemed like quite a few complexes had utilities that were included. It may not be the best area but I'm thinking since they cater to students the prices might be a bit lower than in other areas of town.
