The absolute worst in customer service.  I took a suit coat in to have the sleeves let out, simple job, yes?  Frustration #1 - they couldn't even find my coat when I came to pick it up, and refused to admit that it was "lost."  Guess what the definition of "lost" is?  Yeah, when you "can't find something." #2 - went back the following day, and the sleeves were both crooked, uneven, and of the worst possible alteration.  After being berated by the counter lady, I insisted on a refund, and was then turned over to the owner of this establishment.  After being further admonished per my dissatisfaction by the owner, I told him to keep his proposed "half refund."  I will never patronize this establishment, again. Appalling.

Anyone else have a similar experience over there?
