Does anyone have a good naturopathic doctor, preferably one who also does acupuncture?  If he/she specialized in runners, that would be a plus.  I injured my back recently and have not been able to run.  I'm new in town and don't know where to turn.  Thanks, DCFers!

I use a Japanese Acupuncturist named Kazuhiko Watase.  I have used him for years.  I am a runner and he seems to be able to fix all that ails me.  I first went to him with a tweaked back (lifting a 250 lb TV)...I was on pain meds and hating life.  One treatment from him and I was almost 100% better.  It was amazing.  A friend of mine was in major pain...major meds...for years...he is seeing Kaz regularly and no more meds.  My thyroid levels were dropping...a few treatments and they were back to normal.  I work out quite a bit and always seemed to have a pain here and there...no more.  Kaz is near Washington and Zuni.  His number is 266-1752.  He runs.  Not great distances...but he runs.  He is also an amazaing humanitarian.  He has been travelling back and forth to Japan to help the victims of the tsunami.  He gives acupuncture treatments and takes necessary items.  He's a great person and healer!  Good luck!
He sounds like just what I am looking for!  Thanks so much!  I really look forward to running again (although I do have to adjust to the altitude)!  Thanks, Stephenye, for your help!

Don't know of any doctors, but hope you get back on the road soon. Being injured bites. Being injured and a runner really bites.
