At this time, glass is not accepted as part of our "Curbside Recycling Pilot Program." However, glass jars, beer and wine bottles, baby food jars, and salad dressing jars can be taken to one of our 14 recycling drop-off sites. Find the most convenient sites for you!

But will they pick it up if you are not in the pilot area zones? I doubt it. The trucks that come down my street I don't think have the mechanism to lift the bins and dump into the truck. And if its done by hand, they will not take containers larger than 20 gallons.
Plus, its $210! I expect the blue bins will be city-wide in not too long. In the meantime, its a little agonizing for those just outside the zone. I can SEE blue bins from my house, but I can't have any!
