I'm not sure about the Lobo, but I know you can rent the Guild.

I remember reading a few years ago that it needed a lot of repair. I don't know if anything has been done since.

It's been fixed up. But the owners aren't really interested in using it for other purposes beyond the current church services.

You're question's to vague, Ryan. Call the theater and get the straight skinny. Too many variables in this possible equation and this way you will save time, fuss, and get the word straight from the horse's mouth. Feel free to negotiate price and terms. Theater operators can sometimes be flexible, especially the larger mult-screen places, though, of course, the rustic Lobo is not such. Good luck!
