It's copies of a version with Santa Fe ads, you gotta get em quick, as they're pretty popular, but they seem to be printing once a week, released on Thursdays, I think.

Where are the dispensers?  I used to read the Onion all the time in college (UW-Madison).

the one near flying star in nob hill seems to be empty a lot, but I noticed one at mannie's a couple of weeks ago and it had a number of copies in it.

I found The Onion at Sunflower on Lomas/San Mateo.

They announced a few weeks back that they were going to start distributing in Santa Fe.

Monroe's Restaurant at 1520 Lomas Blvd NW (downtown) or 6051 Osuna Rd NE (uptown) has a plethera of copies available.

I found some at O'Niell's Pub today.  They are in the wooden rack just inside the door where you also find the Alibi and other local publications.

For downtowners, there is a rack at 4th and Silver, next to the SF Reporter, Weekly Alibi and IQ boxes.
