Updo for less than $30?

Hello! I'm going to be in an upcoming wedding in two weeks and I just realized that I need professional help with my hair (I have stick straight hair that needs to transform into "loose curls" that will last all night long).

I'm looking for recommendations for a salon that can do an updo or a half up/half down-do for less than $30.
