She had the brow specific shop on Central in Nob Hill for a while. She was fabulous and had sculpted the brows of many fine celebrities, including Bill Richardson. Her shop is gone. DId she stay in Albuquerque, go to L.A., venture somewhere else? Someone in the know, please share...Love - Bushy

Oh, God, El Gordo had his unibrow done? That ship sailed, dear, and he took all the pirate booty with him. "Many fine celebrities, including Bill Richardson," all his polish came off the public dime. He's plucking away on his own, I hope.

After hopelessly wrecking my brows, and then trying to fix the wreckage, she has mercifully started her own makeup line.

Call Full Circle Wellness, and ask for Patricia Ivey. She's great, and has guided my brows back into a natural, normal, yet beautiful shape.

People actually pay to have their eyebrows done?

My skilled hairdresser, Arnold Baca(266-2353), cleans up my eyebrows when I ask him to, when I get a cut.  He puts a really artful arch in them, while still leaving them full, which really opens up my whole face.  His chair is in Hair Shapes on San Mateo near Constitution.

Oh, Bushy, and I think I saw the celebrity eyebrow lady was operating out of another shop on the south side of Central a block or two east of her old one, maybe just east of Richmond.
